| We offer exchanges for a 30-day period (from delivery date) for manufacturers' defects on all vaporizers and other electronics. Products damaged due to negligence are not covered under warranty. Please retain all packaging during the warranty period. Serial numbers (which are usually on the box) are required to process your claim. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, we will ship the replacement at our expense. If you receive a product dead on arrival we will pay for the return shipping. |
